John Wenneman is the owner and inspector of Sunshine Property Inspections, LLC. A staggering number of variables factor into the successful purchase of a home, and it’s a lot for most people to try to juggle. When John first entered the home inspection profession, his main motivation was to make it easier for home-buying families to have peace of mind with an investment that is integral to a secure and comfortable future. John’s motivation remains the same today, and he takes great pride in what his customers are able to accomplish once they’ve been given honest, professional guidance.
A Home Inspector With a Penchant for Helping Others
Before he was a home inspector, John led a career for over 20 years in the project management sector of the Environmental, Health, and Safety field. John worked with virtually all of the different building trades, overseeing the construction of buildings, offices, and equipment to ensure that construction was performed to code and remained compliant with current regulatory standards for safety. John has also been renovating homes on the side for over 20 years. John’s experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field underscored the need for a more detail-oriented approach to home inspections that makes safe construction a top priority—and that’s exactly the approach he takes today.
Making It Easier on You
- John encourages home buyers and sellers to be at the home on the day of the inspection if possible so that he can point out potential issues and explain them face-to-face
- Long after you receive your inspection report, John will still be available to answer your questions over the phone
- John considers himself a people person, and his friendly demeanor coupled with his extensive professional knowledge will give you welcome reassurance as you prepare to make a home-buying or selling decision
When he’s not inspecting homes, John enjoys riding motorcycles as well as going hiking and camping.
