Buyer’s Inspection
This inspection service is for clients who are considering the purchase of a residential property. We’ll perform an exhaustive evaluation of a home’s visible and readily accessible components, publishing a full report of our findings within 24 hours that you can access by logging in to our website.

Additional Inspection Services
Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection
This inspection service should be conducted before you publish the listing for your home. We’ll evaluate the readily accessible areas of the property, ensuring that you’re aware of potential material, safety, or mechanical issues that affect the home’s overall condition. You’ll then have the option to correct the issues before meeting with prospective buyers or to simply share our findings so that trust is maintained throughout the negotiating process.
New Construction Inspection
A newly constructed home should be inspected before the builder performs the final walkthrough of the property. We’ll thoroughly investigate the property’s readily accessible areas, including any installed mechanical systems. If we uncover defective components or safety issues due to oversights during construction, you’ll be able to work out a solution with the builder before moving in to the home.
